We want our customer to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not , simply send your item back to Realm in the same condition it was delivered , and Realm would be happy to provide either a full refund of the purchase or an exchange if customer required. The product may only be returned as long as it has not been used. All our products may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date.
Please note: Items returned for refund are not eligible for a return label. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
*Customer are eligible for a free return label only if the product arrived damaged or does not work properly. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the shipping label. Please include your order number and picture regarding the issue in the email.
All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the product is unused, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual before a refund is processed. Items determined to have been used, altered or damaged caused by customer will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

We offer one year extensive warranty on most of products bought from Realm and a two year extensive warranty on special model# BY02-BIMH.
Our warranty covers the most important part of the pressue washer. Please call 1-888-899-1688 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if the issue under our warranty.
Please note, our warranty do not cover the accessories repair and damage caused by excessive use, physical abuse or damage resulting from exceeding the limitations of our safety instructions. ( Please check the warning tips in the manual book that we have ship with the product.)
